Beef and Broccoli Ramen

Ingredients:

– 1 pound of beef, sliced into thin strips

– 2 cups of broccoli florets

– 4 packs of ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packets)

– 4 cups of beef broth

– 1/4 cup of soy sauce

– 1 tablespoon of honey

– 1 tablespoon of minced garlic

– 1 tablespoon of cornstarch

– 1 tablespoon of cold water

– Green onions, sliced (optional)

– Sesame seeds (optional)

Ramen Noodle

Instructions:

1. Turn on your Instant Pot and select the “saute” function. Add the beef to the pot and cook until browned, stirring occasionally.
