Grilled Mahi Mahi with Mango Salsa: A Tropical Delight

Mahi Mahi and Mango

For the Mahi Mahi:

  • 4 Mahi Mahi fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

For the Mango Salsa:

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 small red onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

Grilling Mahi Mahi

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Brush this mixture on both sides of the Mahi Mahi fillets.

3. Place the fillets on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
